How we work

Not all vending companies are the same! At Café Espress we pride ourselves on our customer service. We think it has been the secret of our success since we started in 1982. Today we are one of the largest and oldest independent vending companies in the East Midlands.

So how do we work?

We are a member of the Linden Group of companies and operate from the Linden Building in Wellingborough, with a fully equipped repair shop and well-stocked warehouse and offices. [photos]

Unlike other vending companies we do not outsource our support to 3^rd parties. We believe our service to you is too important to be left to others so we will only supply machines where we can service and support them with our own staff. We support clients in Northamptonshire and neighbouring counties in the East Midlands - see map [link to map]. 

We discuss your requirements with you and advise you on the best machine, and the most suitable arrangement to service your vending requirements. This will be based on user numbers and whether you want Hot, Hot/Cold, Hot/Cold/Carbonated or Freshbrew drinks, water; and any snacks, including healthy options.

Before installing any machines we carry out a site inspection to ensure the location is suitable. A site inspection will consider access, availability of utilities, health and safety and any other specific circumstances. We carry out all installations with our own team.

Maintenance and support

All maintenance is carried out but our highly experienced maintenance and repair team.

Vending machines are cleaned, filled and replenished by our dedicated team of valetors in our fleet of vans. You will have one dedicated valetor for your site (with a replacement to cover leave and sickness).

Ordering

If you buy your ingredients from us you can make an order in 4 ways:

1 - You can set up a standard order which can be sent every week.

2 - Our sales support team will call you weekly or fortnightly to take your order, saving you the time, effort and cost of remembering to call us.

3 – You can call us. Our sales support team are available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with a telephone answering service available to take orders outside these times

4 – You can email your order

Delivery

We deliver most ingredients with our own drivers. We minimise the use of couriers as we prefer to give a personal service, caring for our customers and the goods we deliver! 

We will deliver to you on a set day every week so you can plan ahead. If you need something more urgently that can’t wait we will try to deliver to you ourselves or if not by courier.

Delivery is free for all orders over £50.

Our hours of business are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a telephone answering service available at other times
