Q – How much room do I need for my vending machine?
A - We offer machines of all sizes and can generally find one to suit your situation. The main difference is between floorstanding machines and tabletop machines. Both need to be within 1 metre of electricity and water.
Q – What do I need to supply?
A – Just electricity and water, within 1 metre of the machine.
Q – Do you maintain, clean and fill the vending machine?
A – We offer a fully serviced vending option.
Q - Can I choose my machine?
A - We have a wide range of machines available and we will try to find a machine that you are happy with and that is suitable for your site.
Q – What sorts of drinks can I have?
A - We offer a wide variety of vending machines to deliver a wide variety of products. Drinks vending - hot; hot/cold; hot/cold/carbonated (cans) and/or freshbrew and ‘bean to cup’ drinks machines. Bottle/can/snacks vending – separate machines with a wide range of product options. Combination machines – we also have options to bring drinks and bottle/cans/snacks together in one machine. We can also offer water only machines.
Q – What coffee and tea do you supply?
A - We only use the top branded products, for example Kenco coffee, so you can be sure of a good quality drink.
Q – Do you offer cans and bottled drinks?
A – Yes we stock a great range of branded cans and bottled softdrinks
Q – Can I choose which snacks go into the snack machine?
A – Yes, we have a wide range of all your favourite chocolate bars, crisps and other snacks. We can usually provide specific requests. We can also offer healthy alternatives.
Q – What price will the drinks be on the vending machine?
A – This is subject to discussion but we normally price at 30p a cup. This can be higher or you can subsidise the cost.
Q – Can the drinks be free for my staff/customers?
A – For leased, rental and purchase options you can choose to subsidise the drinks by paying per drink vended (“per vend”) or for the ingredients, and then offer free vending. For free loan machine the vending must be chargeable (usually at 30p per cup) to either the end user or you, the provider.
Q – How much can I earn from a free loan machine?
A – This depends on the volume of vends the machine serves in a typical week and the price charged. See attached illustrations. This is subject to an initial 13 week evaluation trial of the site.
Q – Are any costs not included?
A – For a fully service option everything is included except for electricity and water (supplied by you) and fitting replacement water filters (supplied as and when needed).
