Free loan or revenue share

If a site has sufficient paying users we can offer the option of the free loan of a machine. We cover all the costs of supplying the machine, maintenance, cleaning, replenishing, cash handling and supply all the ingredients. In return we retain the money spent by the customers.

If there are sufficient customers we can even share the revenue with you – so instead of being a cost, your vending machines can actually make you money! How much you might earn depends on the volume of “vends” the machine serves in a typical week and the price charged. An illustrative example is here.

Here’s how it works:

We’ll discuss your requirements and recommend a machine and whether your site is suitable for a free loan.

To be suitable for a free loan a site must usually have around 25 or more users based on an average “vend price” of £0.30 (“vend price” is the price of a  cup of coffee or tea). This is a rule of thumb, as it obviously depends on the vend price and how many drinks the users typically have in a week.

All free loan sites are run as an initial 13 week trial to make sure it works for both you and us. If the turnover is high enough we’ll be able to offer you a revenue share agreement.

We’ll carry out a site inspection. The machine has to be sited within 1 metre of electricity and water (supplied by you). It has to comply with Health and Safety regulations for example any machine must not be obstructing walkways and fire doors. We also need to be able to get the machine into the area – are the doors big enough?
