Cash purchase of machines

You can purchase a vending machine outright, choosing from either one of our refurbished machines or new machines from the major manufacturers. You can charge for drinks but this  option is also suitable for situations when you want to offer free vending to staff or customers.

For your piece of mind all our machines are covered by a warranty - either the manufacturer’s warranty for new machines or a 1 year warranty for our refurbished machines. We can offer extended warranty periods for our all machines, subject to contract.

We offer the option of a full maintenance, repair, service, clean and fill service.   This fully serviced option includes supplying the machine, maintenance, cleaning, replenishing, cash handling and supplying all the ingredients.

We can also offer a standalone agreement to provide the machine only or include some other elements such as maintenance, cleaning and replenishment.

We’ll discuss your requirements and recommend a machine.

We can supply refurbished machines from the wide range we have in stock together with a great selection of new machines from all the major manufacturers.

We’ll carry out a site inspection. The machine has to be sited within 1 metre of electricity and water (supplied by you). It has to comply with Health and Safety regulations for example any machine must not be obstructing walkways and fire doors. We also need to be able to get the machine into the area – are the doors big enough?

Café Espress (in a fully serviced option) takes care of:

• Cash handling

You:

• Pay upon installation
• Give our staff access to clean and replenish
• Buy ingredients from us to stock the machine(s)
